1 Medicaid and Medicare Patients: For patients with Medicaid and/or Medicare coverage, we understand the importance of uninterrupted mental health care. We encourage you to contact the number on the back of your insurance card to receive a referral to a new provider who can assist you with your insurance claims. They will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transition to your new provider.
2 Commercially Insured Patients and Tricare: If you have commercial insurance or Tricare coverage, you have the option of paying out of pocket for your sessions at Charis Mental Health. After making the payment, you can self-submit your claim for reimbursement directly to your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company for specific instructions on how to proceed with the reimbursement process. Support and Assistance: We understand that this change may bring about questions or concerns. Our dedicated team is here to support you throughout this transition.
