| Temporary Change to Office Hours Due to COVID-19 Virus: Providers are continuing to provide service to patients via telepsychiatry; however, office hours have temporarily been changed to Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, closed 12 -1pm daily for lunch. New patient appointments may be requested by calling the office, follow up appointment requests can be requested via the patient portal .
